Justice Scalia Speaks Truth

For those of us who would like to keep our nation free and have a say in how it is run, here is an article that caught my eye. He found some words spoken by Justice Scalia about the philosophy of our Constitution being a 'living document.'

Judges seem to have forgotten they were actually supposed to be the weakest branch of government. It appears, at least nowadays, that judges are the end all to be all. Not true!

Are you aware that they are under the thumb of Congress? While their offices were created under Article III, the Congress is responsible for their paychecks, and Congress may, at any time, call for a Constitutional Amendment to ban judges from ruling on certain issues.

No, they are not the end all to be all. We are...if we choose to practice what we preach. Just think about.
